No. 6/2001 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Local Government (Long Service Leave) Regulations 1991 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2001 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Local Government, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 6 February 2001 Responsible Minister: ROBERT CAMERON Minister for Local Government HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Local Government (Long Service Leave) Regulations 1991 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of Operation The operation of the Local Government (Long Service Leave) Regulations 1991 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 6/2001 Subordinate Legislation (Local Government (Long Service Leave) Regulations 1991 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2001 2 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 18 February 2002. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
