(Infringements) Regulations 1991 - Extension of
Operation) Regulations 2001
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council, on the certificate and
recommendation of the Minister for Energy and Resources,
makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Mineral Resources
(Infringements) Regulations 1991 1 for the period
specified in regulation 3.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5 and
28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3. Extension of operation
The operation of the Mineral Resources
(Infringements) Regulations 1991 is extended for
the period beginning on the day on which they
would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5
of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and
ending on 28 October 2002.
