Objective The objective of these Regulations is to make a technical amendment to the definition of "Logans Beach Exclusion Zone" in the Wildlife (Whales) Regulations 1998 1 . 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 85A and 87 of the Wildlife Act 1975. 3. Amendment to definition of Logans Beach Exclusion Zone In regulation 3 of the Wildlife (Whales) Regulations 1998, in the definition of "Logans Beach Exclusion Zone"— (a) for '38o 24' 84" ' substitute '38 o 24' 50" '; (b) for '142o 30' 31" ' substitute '142 o 30' 18" '; -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 44/2001 Wildlife (Whales) (Further Amendment) Regulations 2001 2 (c) for '38o 25' 91" ' substitute '38 o 25' 54" '; (d) for '142o 32' 49" ' substitute '142 o 32' 29" '. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
