No. 102/2000 Accident Compensation Act 1985 Accident Compensation (Amendment) Regulations 2000 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 10 October 2000 Responsible Minister: BOB CAMERON Minister for WorkCover HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Accident Compensation Regulations 1990 1 to substitute a new form for use by employers who forward certain claims for compensation under the Accident Compensation Act 1985. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 253 of the Accident Compensation Act 1985. 3. Claim form For regulation 18 of the Accident Compensation Regulations 1990 substitute— "18. Employer claim report An employer, who forwards a claim for compensation in accordance with section -- 2 of 6 -- S.R. No. 102/2000 Accident Compensation (Amendment) Regulations 2000 2 108 of the Act, other than a claim for compensation under section 98, 98A, 98C or 98E of the Act, must furnish to the Authority information in accordance with Form 5.". 4. New Form 5 substituted In Schedule 7 to the Accident Compensation Regulations 1990, for Form 5 substitute— r. 4 -- 3 of 6 -- S.R.
