No. 110/2000 Building Act 1993 Building (Fees) Regulations 2000 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 31 October 2000 Responsible Minister: JOHN THWAITES Minister for Planning HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Building Regulations 1994 to prescribe a fee payable for the consideration of an application for a building permit under section 29A of the Building Act 1993 by a reporting authority. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 7 and 261 of the Building Act 1993. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 November 2000. 4. New regulation 2.2A inserted After regulation 2.2 of the Building Regulations 19941 insert— "2.2A Demolition report and consent fee -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 110/2000 Building (Fees) Regulations 2000 2 The fee payable for the consideration of an application for a building permit under section 29A of the Act by a reporting authority is $50.". ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
