Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe new regions of the State for the purposes of the Children and Young Persons Act 1989. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 280 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1989. 3. New Schedule 1 substituted For Schedule 1 of the Children and Young Persons (Children's Court) Regulations 1991 1 substitute— -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
