No. 11/2000 Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 Conservation, Forests and Lands (Contracts) Regulations 2000 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 29 February 2000 Responsible Minister: SHERRYL GARBUTT Minister for Environment and Conservation HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to provide for the Secretary to sign contracts or agreements with a consideration of up to $1 000 000. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 99 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987. 3.
