No. 42/2000 County Court Act 1958 County Court (Court Fees) ( Further Amendment) Order 2000 The Governor in Council makes the following Order: Dated: 14 June 2000 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of this Order is to increase certain fees payable in respect of the commencement of proceedings. 2. Authorising provision This Order is made under section 28 of the County Court Act 1958. 3. Commencement This Order comes into operation on 1 July 2000. 4. Increase in commencement fees In the Schedule to the County Court (Court Fees) Order 19961 , in items 1(a) and 2 for "414.00" substitute "419.00". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
