No. 47/2000 Court Security Act 1980 Court Security (Amendment) Regulations 2000 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 June 2000 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objectives The objectives of these Regulations are— (a) to prescribe the Legal Profession Tribunal as a court; and (b) to prescribe the registrar of that Tribunal as a clerk— for the purposes of the Court Security Act 1980. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 6 of the Court Security Act 1980. 3. Amendment to Schedule of prescribed courts and clerks In the Schedule to the Court Security Regulations 19941 — -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 47/2000 Court Security (Amendment) Regulations 2000 2 (a) in column 1, after the item relating to the Firearms Appeals Committee insert— "Legal Profession Tribunal"; (b) in column 2, after the item relating to the Secretary of the Firearms Appeals Committee insert— "Registrar of the Legal Profession Tribunal". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
