No. 53/2000 Extractive Industries Development Act 1995 Extractive Industries Development (Fees and Rates) Regulations 2000 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 27 June 2000 Responsible Minister: CANDY BROAD Minister for Energy and Resources HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase certain fees and royalty rates under the Extractive Industries Development Act 1995. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 56 of the Extractive Industries Development Act 1995. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 30 June 2000. 4. Schedule 1 substituted -- 2 of 5 -- S.R.
