No. 35/2000 Melbourne City Link Act 1995 Melbourne City Link (Start-Up Period) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 30 May 2000 Responsible Minister: PETER BATCHELOR Minister for Transport HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Melbourne City Link (Start-Up Period) Regulations 1999 to extend the start-up period until 31 August 2000. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 69 and 118 of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995. 3. Further extension of start-up period In regulation 4(a) of the Melbourne City Link (Start-Up Period) Regulations 1999 1 , for "31 May 2000" substitute "31 August 2000". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
