No. 131/2000 Melbourne City Link Act 1995 Melbourne City Link (Start-Up Period) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2000 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 12 December 2000 Responsible Minister: PETER BATCHELOR Minister for Transport HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Melbourne City Link (Start-Up Period) Regulations 1999 to further extend the start-up period. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 69 and 118 of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995. 3. Further extension of start-up period In regulation 4(a) of the Melbourne City Link (Start-Up Period) Regulations 1999 1 , for "31 December 2000" substitute "30 April 2001". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
