No. 24/2000 Melbourne City Link Act 1995 Melbourne City Link (Start-Up Period) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 28 March 2000 Responsible Minister: PETER BATCHELOR Minister for Transport STACEY ROBERTSON Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Melbourne City Link (Start-Up Period) Regulations 1999 to extend the start-up period. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 69 and 118 of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995. 3. Extension of start-up period In regulation 4(a) of the Melbourne City Link (Start-Up Period) Regulations 1999 1 — (a) for "3 months" substitute "the period"; (b) after "date" insert "until the end of 31 May 2000". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
