Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Environment Protection (Purchase and Sale of Products Containing Ozone-depleting Substances) Regulations 19901 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. Extension of operation The operation of the Environment Protection (Purchase and Sale of Products Containing Ozone-depleting Substances) Regulations 1990 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 26 March 2001. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
