Subordinate Legislation (Magistrates' Court (Fees,
Costs and Charges) Regulations 1990—Extension of
Operation) Regulations 2000
The Governor in Council, on the certificate and
recommendation of the Attorney-General, makes the
following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Magistrates' Court (Fees, Costs
and Charges) Regulations 1990 1 for the period
specified in regulation 3.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5 and
28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
3. Extension of operation
The operation of the Magistrates' Court (Fees,
Costs and Charges) Regulations 1990 is extended
for the period beginning on the day on which they
would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5
