Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Pathology Services (Exempted Tests) Regulations 19901 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of Pathology Services (Exempted Tests) Regulations 1990 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
