No. 11/1999 Audit Act 1994 Audit (Public Bodies) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 February 1999 Responsible Minister: ROGER M. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Audit (Public Bodies) Regulations 1995 as a consequence of the change of name, amalgamation or abolition of certain entities prescribed as public bodies for the purposes of the Audit Act 1994. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 3 and 21 of the Audit Act 1994. 3. Public bodies In the Schedule to the Audit (Public Bodies) Regulations 1995 1 — -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
