No. 70/1999 Crimes Act 1958 Crimes (Extra-Territorial Offences) Regulations 1999 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 June 1999 Responsible Minister: JAN WADE Attorney-General STACEY ROBERTSON Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe the form of notice of execution of a search warrant to be given under section 342(6) of the Crimes Act 1958. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 345 of the Crimes Act 1958. 3. Revocation The Crimes (Extra-Territorial Offences) Regulations 1989 1 are revoked. -- 2 of 5 -- S.R.
