No. 147/1999 Dentists Act 1972 Dentists (Fees) Regulations 1999 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of The Dental Board of Victoria, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 21 December 1999 Responsible Minister: JOHN THWAITES Minister for Health HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees payable to The Dental Board of Victoria. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 9 of the Dentists Act 1972. 3. New regulation 601 substituted For regulation 601 of the Dentists Regulations 19921 substitute— "601. Fees The fees to be paid to the Board for the purposes of sections 10, 16, 22, 25, 28 and 29 of the Act are— -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 147/1999 Dentists (Fees) Regulations 1999 2 (a) on application for registration as a dentist $138.40 (b) for annual renewal of registration as a dentist $138.40 (c) on application for registration as a specialist practitioner $45.50 (d) on application for a certificate of temporary registration as a dentist $13.60 (e) for the issue of any certificate of registration under section 16 of the Act $22.00 (f) for a copy of the register $33.90 (g) for an extract from the register $13.60 (h) for alteration of the register $13.60 (i) for registration of any additional qualification $22.00 (j) for restoration of a name to the register $34.10 (k) for grant of a licence as a dental auxiliary $24.60 (l) for renewal of a licence as a dental auxiliary $24.60". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
