No. 36/1999 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Cemeteries Regulations 1988 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1999 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 30 March 1999 Responsible Minister: ROB KNOWLES Minister for Health SHANNON DELLAMARTA Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Cemeteries Regulations 19881 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Cemeteries Regulations 1988 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 30 June 2000. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
