No. 85/1999 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 1988 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1999 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Finance, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 29 June 1999 Responsible Minister: ROGER M. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 1988 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 1988 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
