No. 127/1999 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Dangerous Goods (Storage and Handling) Regulations 1989 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1999 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for WorkCover, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 30 November 1999 Responsible Minister: BOB CAMERON Minister for WorkCover HELEN DOYE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Dangerous Goods (Storage and Handling) Regulations 1989 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Dangerous Goods (Storage and Handling) Regulations 1989 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 127/1999 Subordinate Legislation (Dangerous Goods (Storage and Handling) Regulations 1989 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1999 2 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 8 December 2000. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
