No. 86/1999 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Occupational Health and Safety (Lead Control) Regulations 1988 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1999 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Finance, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 29 June 1999 Responsible Minister: ROGER M. HALLAM Minister for Finance STACEY ROBERTSON Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Occupational Health and Safety (Lead Control) Regulations 19881 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Occupational Health and Safety (Lead Control) Regulations 1988 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 86/1999 Subordinate Legislation (Occupational Health and Safety (Lead Control) Regulations 1988 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1999 2 of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 30 June 2000. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
