No. 67/1999 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Pipelines Regulations 1988 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1999 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Agriculture and Resources, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 8 June 1999 Responsible Minister: PATRICK McNAMARA Minister for Agriculture and Resources STACEY ROBERTSON Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Pipelines Regulations 19881 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Pipelines Regulations 1988 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 30 June 2000. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
