No. 111/1999 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Subdivision (Body Corporate) Regulations 1989 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1999 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Planning and Local Government, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 24 August 1999 Responsible Minister: ROBERT MACLELLAN Minister for Planning and Local Government STACEY ROBERTSON Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Subdivision (Body Corporate) Regulations 1989 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Subdivision (Body Corporate) Regulations 1989 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
