Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Subdivision (Permit and Certification Fees) Regulations 19891 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Subdivision (Permit and Certification Fees) Regulations 1989 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
