No. 42/1999 Tobacco Act 1987 Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 20 April 1999 Responsible Minister: ROB KNOWLES Minister for Health BILL ZISIMOPOULOS Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to make further provision for the membership of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987. 3. Appointment of new members In regulation 4 of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 1997 1 , for sub-regulations (10) and (11) substitute— "(10) Timothy Roland Jacobs, a person with expertise in the arts or arts administration, is appointed a member of the Foundation for the period ending 27 December 2000. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 42/1999 Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 2 (11) Jane Margaret Fenton, a person with expertise in advertising, is appointed a member of the Foundation for the period ending 27 December 2000.". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
