No. 102/1998 County Court Act 1958 County Court (Court Fees) (Amendment) Order 1998 The Governor in Council makes the following Order: Dated: 4 August 1998 Responsible Minister: JAN WADE Attorney-General SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of this Order is to provide for a reduced fee to be payable for applications under section 26(4) of the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1996. 2. Authorising provision This Order is made under section 28 of the County Court Act 1958. 3. Schedule amended In the Schedule to the County Court (Court Fees) Order 19961 in the entry relating to Number 1— (a) after "For filing originating process" insert "other than as provided by items (b) and (e)"; and -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 102/1998 County Court (Court Fees) (Amendment) Order 1998 2 (b) after item (d) insert— "(e) For filing an application for the approval of a proposed change of name of a child under section 26(4) of the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1996 165.00". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
