No. 139/1998 Dentists Act 1972 Dentists (Fees) Regulations 1998 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of The Dental Board of Victoria, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 17 November 1998 Responsible Minister: ROB KNOWLES Minister for Health SHANNON DELLAMARTA Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase the level of fees payable to The Dental Board of Victoria. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 9, 10, 25 and 28 of the Dentists Act 1972. 3. New regulation 601 substituted For regulation 601 of the Dentists Regulations 1992 1 substitute— "601. Fees The fees to be paid to the Board are— (a) on application for registration as a dentist $133.80 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 139/1998 Dentists (Fees) Regulations 1998 2 (b) for annual renewal of registration as a dentist $133.80 (c) on application for registration as a specialist practitioner $44.00 (d) on application for certificate of temporary registration as a dentist $13.20 (e) for the issue of any certificate of registration under section 16 of the Act $21.30 (f) for a copy of the register $32.80 (g) for an extract from the register $13.20 (h) for alteration of the register $13.20 (i) for registration of any additional qualification $21.30 (j) for restoration of a name to the register $33.00 (k) for grant of a licence as a dental auxiliary $23.80 (l) for renewal of a licence as a dental auxiliary $23.80.". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
