No. 42/1998 Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 Livestock Disease Control (Amendment) Regulations 1998 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 21 April 1998 Responsible Minister: PATRICK McNAMARA Minister for Agriculture and Resources SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to remove certain restrictions on the introduction of cattle into Victoria. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 139 of the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994. 3.
