No. 31/1998 Lotteries Gaming and Betting Act 1966 Lotteries Gaming and Betting (Revocation) Regulations 1998 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 24 March 1998 Responsible Minister: ROGER M. HALLAM Minister for Gaming CON CHARA Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke provisions which are no longer required or are provided for under the Gaming No. 2 Act 1997. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 86 of the Lotteries Gaming and Betting Act 1966. 3. Commencement (1) These regulations, except regulation 5, come into operation on the day on which they are made. (2) Regulation 5 comes into operation on 31 March 1998. 4.
