No. 69/1998 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Appeal Costs Regulations 1988 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1998 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Attorney-General, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 23 June 1998 Responsible Minister: JAN WADE Attorney-General SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Appeal Costs Regulations 19881 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Appeal Costs Regulations 1988 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 22 June 1999. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
