No. 134/1998 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Forests (Licences and Permits) Regulations 1988 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1998 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Conservation and Land Management, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 4 November 1998 Responsible Minister: MARIE TEHAN Minister for Conservation and Land Management STACEY ROBERTSON Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Forests (Licences and Permits) Regulations 1988 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Forests (Licences and Permits) Regulations 1988 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
