No. 117/1998 Victorian Plantations Corporation Act 1993 Victorian Plantations Corporation (Register of Plantation Licences) Regulations 1998 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 15 September 1998 Responsible Minister: PATRICK McNAMARA Minister for Agriculture and Resources SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objectives The objectives of these Regulations are— (a) to prescribe documents to be registered in the register of plantation licences under the Victorian Plantations Corporation Act 1993; and (b) to prescribe information to be recorded in that register; and (c) to prescribe fees relating to that register. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 27L, 27Q and 33A of the Victorian Plantations Corporation Act 1993. 3. Prescribed documents -- 2 of 8 -- S.R. No. 117/1998 Victorian Plantations Corporation (Register of Plantation Licences) Regulations 1998 2 An agreement to vary the terms of a licence is a prescribed document for the purposes of section 27L(3)(f) of the Victorian Plantations Corporation Act 1993. 4. Prescribed information The information prescribed for the purposes of section 27L(4) of the Victorian Plantations Corporation Act 1993 for a document is the information set out in the Schedule in respect of documents of that kind. 5. Prescribed fees (1) The fee prescribed under section 27Q of the Victorian Plantations Corporation Act 1993 for access to the register of plantation licences is the fee prescribed from time to time under the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990 for access to the mining register. (2) The fee prescribed under section 27Q of the Victorian Plantations Corporation Act 1993 for the provision of information from the register of plantation licences is the fee prescribed from time to time under the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990 for the provision of information from the mining register. (3) The fee prescribed under section 27Q of the Victorian Plantations Corporation Act 1993 for a copy of a registered licence is the fee prescribed from time to time under the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990 for a copy of a registered licence. __________________ -- 3 of 8 -- S.R.
