No. 38/1997 Alpine Resorts Act 1983 Alpine Resorts (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Alpine Resorts Commission, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 20 May 1997 Responsible Minister: MARIE TEHAN Minister for Conservation and Land Management SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees payable for entry of motor vehicles into alpine resorts during the snow season. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 42 of the Alpine Resorts Act 1983. 3. Increase in maximum charges for entry by motor vehicles to alpine resorts in the snow season In the table in Schedule 2 to the Alpine Resorts (General) Regulations 19961 , in item 2.0, for "$16.00" substitute "$17.00". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
