No. 94/1997 Cemeteries Act 1958 Cemeteries (Incorporation of Trusts) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 September 1997 Responsible Minister: ROB KNOWLES Minister for Health SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objectives The objectives of these Regulations are to amalgamate a number of cemetery trusts, to change the name of The Corryong Cemetery Trust and to vest responsibilty for the administration of the Millers Hill Public Cemetery in that Trust. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 3 and 92 of the Cemeteries Act 1958. 3. Principal Regulations In these regulations, the Cemeteries (Incorporation of Trusts) Regulations 19951 are called the Principal Regulations. -- 2 of 8 -- S.R. Cemetery trusts abolished (1) A cemetery trust listed in column 1 of the table is abolished and its assets and liabilities are transferred to the cemetery trust listed in column 2 of the table opposite the name of the first cemetery trust.
