Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement
Notice) (Amendment) Regulations 1997
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to
prescribe—
(a) further offences against a relevant law for
which an infringement notice may be served;
and
(b) the penalties for prescribed offences.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 91 and
99 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act
1987.
3. Principal Regulations
In these Regulations the Conservation, Forests
and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations
19921 are called the Principal Regulations.

4. Amendments to Schedule of Offences
In the Schedule to the Principal Regulations after
item 4268 insert—
"4269 An offence under section
13(5) of the Crown
Land (Reserves) Act
1978 constituted by a
contravention of
regulation 14(1) of the
Crown Land Reserves
(Ocean Grove Public
Purposes Reserve)

$50 bring an
animal into

accordance
with the
Regulations
