No. 174/1997 County Court Act 1958 County Court (Chapter I Amendment No. 33) Rules 1997 A majority of the Judges of the County Court makes the following Rules: 1. Object The object of these Rules is to make minor amendments to the County Court (Chapter I Amendment No. 32) Rules 1997. 2. Authorising provisions These Rules are made under section 78 of the County Act 1958 and all other enabling powers. 3. Amendments to Appendix A (1) In Rule 6(e) of the County Court (Chapter I Amendment No. 32) Rules 19971 , for "2690.00" substitute "2640.00". (2) In Rule 6(f)— (a) for "227.00" substitute "223.00"; and (b) for "149.00" substitute "107.00". -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
