Objective The objective of this Order is to increase the fees payable in respect of civil proceedings in the County Court. 2. Authorising provision This Order is made under section 28 of the County Court Act 1958. 3. Commencement This Order comes into operation on 1 November 1997. 4. New Schedule substituted For the Schedule to the County Court (Court Fees) Order 19961 substitute— -- 2 of 6 -- S.R.
