Regulations 1997
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe
a form of certified statement of conviction for the
purposes of section 395 of the Crimes Act 1958.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 395
and 505A of the Crimes Act 1958.
3. Certified statement of conviction
For the purposes of section 395(3) of the Crimes
Act 1958 the prescribed form of certified
statement of conviction is the form in the
Schedule.
