No. 72/1997 Fisheries Act 1968 Fisheries (Abalone) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 July 1997 Responsible Minister: PATRICK McNAMARA Minister for Agriculture and Resources SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Fisheries (Abalone) Regulations 1996 to correct a typographical error. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 81 of the Fisheries Act 1968. 3. Amendment to Schedule 4 In Schedule 4 to the Fisheries (Abalone) Regulations 1996 1 , for Table 1 substitute— -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 72/1997 Fisheries (Abalone) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 1997 2 "Table 1 Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 A total of 5 kilograms of abalone, but not exceeding the individual limit specified in column 2 in respect of abalone in the form specified in column 3. 1 kilogram Dried abalone ". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
