No. 109/1997 Gaming Machine Control Act 1991 Gaming Machine Control (Returns by Gaming Operators) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 21 October 1997 Responsible Minister: ROGER M. HALLAM Minister for Gaming SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The main objective of these Regulations is to provide further for percentages of total daily net cash balances under section 136(3) of the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 136(3) and 159 of the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991. 3. Revocation The Gaming Machine Control (Returns by Gaming Operators) Regulations 1996 1 are revoked. 4. Prescribed percentages -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 109/1997 Gaming Machine Control (Returns by Gaming Operators) Regulations 1997 2 For the purposes of section 136(3) of the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991— (a) in paragraph (a), the prescribed percentage is 33 1 / 3 per centum; (b) in paragraph (b), the prescribed percentage is 25 per centum; (c) in paragraph (c), the prescribed percentage is 81 / 3 per centum; (d) in paragraph (d), the prescribed percentage is 331 / 3 per centum. ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
