Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Gas and Fuel Corporation (Gas Installation) Regulations 1992 because of amendments made to the Gas Industry Act 1994. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 102 and 105 of the Gas Industry Act 1994. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on the day on which section 5 of the Gas Industry (Further Amendment) Act 1997 comes into operation. 4. Amendment of references to Corporation In the Gas and Fuel Corporation (Gas Installation) Regulations 1992 1 — -- 2 of 8 -- S.R.
