No. 148/1997 Gas Industry Act 1994 Gas Industry (Supply) (Revocation) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 9 December 1997 Responsible Minister: ALAN STOCKDALE Treasurer SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Gas Industry (Supply) Regulations 1995. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 102 of the Gas Industry Act 1994. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on the day on which section 5 of the Gas Industry (Further Amendment) Act 1997 comes into operation. 4.
