No. 4/1997 Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958 Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) (Fees and Charges) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 21 January 1997 Responsible Minister: BILL McGRATH Minister for Police and Emergency Services A. WILTSHIRE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase fees and charges for Board services. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 34 of the Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958. 3. Fees and charges for Board services In the Third Schedule to the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 19941 — (a) in item 1 for "$320.00" substitute "$336.00".
