No. 1/1997 Mineral Resources Development Act 1990 Mineral Resources (Certification of Mine Managers) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 21 January 1997 Responsible Minister: PATRICK McNAMARA Minister for Agriculture and Resources A. WILTSHIRE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the regulations classifying mines for the purposes of mine manager certificates. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 124 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990. 3. Principal Regulations In these Regulations the Mineral Resources (Certification of Mine Managers) Regulations 1991 1 are called the Principal Regulations. 4.
