No. 135/1997 Physiotherapists Act 1978 Physiotherapists (Fees) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Physiotherapists Registration Board of Victoria, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 25 November 1997 Responsible Minister: ROB KNOWLES Minister for Health SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these regulations is to increase the fees payable to the Physiotherapists Registration Board of Victoria for registration and renewal of registration as a physiotherapist. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 12, 14 and 28 of the Physiotherapists Act 1978. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 December 1997. 4. Fees increased In regulation 7 of the Physiotherapists Regulations 19921 for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute— -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 135/1997 Physiotherapists (Fees) Regulations 1997 2 "(a) for registration $160.00 (b) for renewal of registration $130.00". ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
