No. 111/1997 Psychologists Registration Act 1987 Psychologists Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 21 October 1997 Responsible Minister: ROB KNOWLES Minister for Health SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Psychologists Registration Regulations 1995 to increase the fee for renewal of registration as a psychologist and to correct a reference. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 20 and 46 of the Psychologists Registration Act 1987. 3. Amendment (1) In regulation 7(1) of the Psychologists Registration Regulations 19951 , for "section 13(a)(i)" substitute "section 13(b)(i)". (2) In Schedule 6 to the Psychologists Registration Regulations 1995, for paragraph (d) substitute— -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 111/1997 Psychologists Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1997 2 "(d) for the annual renewal of registration as a psychologist $105.00". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
