No. 46/1997 Public Sector Management Act 1992 Public Sector Management (Amendment) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 3 June 1997 Responsible Minister: JEFFREY GIBB KENNETT Premier N. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Public Sector Management Regulations 1993 in relation to payments to executives in lieu of long service leave. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 106 and Schedule 4 of the Public Sector Management Act 1992. 3. Principal Regulations In these Regulations the Public Sector Management Regulations 19931 are called the Principal Regulations. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 46/1997 Public Sector Management (Amendment) Regulations 1997 2 4. Amendment of Regulation 17B (1) In Regulations 17B.1 and 17B.2 of the Principal Regulations, for "70%" (wherever occurring) substitute "94·3%".
