WHITE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Racing (Mixed Sports Gatherings) Regulations 19921 . 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 19(1) and 36 of the Racing Act 1958. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997. 4.
